Donations needed to cover Vet bill for abandoned “rescue”dog
need vet bill covered for heart worm treatment.
bill is abt $450.00 ($50.00 raised so far)
dog was pulled from animal control taken to vet by “rescuers” then left at vet .
one of the “rescuers” then called another volunteer and told her to pick him up, to foster no notice just told her to do it .. the “rescuer” then told the vet that the volunteer was responsible for the bill.
the Vet has been tiring to contact the “rescuers” for over a week,
the last contact they had they told the vet “your too expensive”
note: $450.00 for high HeartWorm positive and all shots/exams. plus they gave them a 20% discount. in this area it’s NOT expensive.
they refuse to pay the bill or answer the phone.
Since this vet is very rescue friendly and had gone above and beyond to help me , and the shelter out on a weekly basis , I don’t want them to get stuck eating this expense since it’s a small office.
