this shelter does not adopt directly to the public you have to go thru a local approved rescue group to adopt a dog
total adoption fees vary from $75 –$150 depending on which group you use and what spay/ neuter option you take .
RESCUES
if you want to pull a dog into your rescue email me with your references, and I’m happy to assist you in pulling and local transport(with in 6 hours of Savannah).
shelter will release to rescue ,
they will first require:
your USDA kennel license if you have kennels,
your rescue license, 501c3, (explain your foster home based )
if you are having a proxy pull and transport, you will need a note saying that person is authorized to pull on behalf of your rescue.
if the animal is leaving the state of GA it will require at minimum a rabies shot and health cert before it leaves the state .
GA shelters require proof of spay neuter with-in 30 days of removal from shelter.
Urgent cases first :
These dogs need Rescue ,or an adopter ASAP.
