honestly was REALLY pissed me off with Obama and finally sealed the deal for me with McCain.. ?

9-11.

it’s the little things like placing a rose respectfully on the memorial. vs tossing it like a dirty sock.. and shaking the hands and hugging the people there that represented US, even though your injuries make it PAINFULL to lift you arms in an embrace… vs. avoiding the common folk and using the mayor as a buffer. see  unedited videos in link.

McCain shook hands with firemen, police, family members, construction workers ,..(often double shake pat on back shake again.) 26 times total in the 10 min video clip of the whole ceremony.

Barry shook hands with firemen, police,….. ignored family members, construction workers…. total human contact by hand .14

McCain received 1 pin from a Fireman ( he wife received another. as an honor..)

Barry 0 i would think due to the disrespect shown by just being there for the sake of being there. he looked uncomfortable the hole time .

McCain gave and accepted 5 hugs total from firemen, police, family members, construction workers..

Barry looks painful being so close to common people.. his one Hug was from a service women who i think did it to be fair.

McCain gave 5 pats on the backs after hands were shock or hugs given, he was very personable smiles and looks seriously concerned with each and every person he greeted and thanked at the ceremony.

Barry gave 3 pats on the back . at least 1 instead of shaking a hand and it seems he was at most half heartedly participating. his unceremonious toss of a rose toss of the rose spoke worlds to his charter. yes their were other flowered but as an official of high stature you are expected to treat things with extra care and tenderness sceptically something that represents the mass grave of over 2000 Americans .

( security frowns on paparazzi). and i haven’t sleep yet..

Glenn is Awsome and full of Hugs.

he was greeted with this . out side CNN, to which he laughed.

and said “your not from Hollywood..are you?…”

…um. well technically… yes… I live walking distance from CNN.

and I finally got my book signed. I knows it was the first sold at the Hollywood boarders .

I’m pretty sure it was the only one….

and now the circle is complete.

I was a little scared walking from my apartment to CNN holding his book…
…..proud, but a little scared…..

that area by CNN often has the highest concentration of liberal nut jobs… luckly there were none on a thursday morning.. although i think next year I may actually organize a candle lit vigil on the morning of 9-11, from 5:30 am pst till 8:30 pst… if you interested in doing that . let me know..

i was pretty embarrassed by the seeming Lack of memorials in most of LA,

although the city of West Hollywood is an exception,

thank you for setting every flag to half mast and, respectfully downing your colors for the day.

that was very very kind.

I did have a short list of questions for Glenn
I diced not to ask because i knew he was running late.( major accident on sunset had the road closed for hours.. hence why we walked)
… and Adam looked like he was trying to herd a cat to make sure they got taping on time….
( if you don’t know who Adam is . he is a Hero who saved a cop once on his way home from work…)

1: How does Redding taste?

2:has it crossed your mind that with the buying out of Freddie and Fannie mea that this amounts to a HUGE government seizure of property?
( since in a round about way. the government just bought 50% of the houses in the US that have mortgages on them.)

3: can i qualify for the rainbow coalition?……
does Hollywood conservative count as a minority..

4: what did Glenn think of the lack of flags in LA on 9-11?

….. did you see that the ONLY city that seems to actually respect the day was west Hollywood?
I totally give huge props to West Hollywood… it’s the gay district, they not only removed there rainbow flags for the day in solom remembrance,
they properly lowered every flag to half staff.buy raising it first then dropping it down…. there were more flags in the little section of West Hollywood along Santa Monica there anywhere else . worst offender was i think the moose lodge in Santa Monica, with a weather tattered flag that looks like it hasn’t been cared for in months.
there was a disgusting lack of flags in my part of Hollywood.

5: Do you know there is actually a army recruitment center on the corner of Hollywood and Lea Brea?

6: How you tried in and out burger.?

7: I’m glad I’m not the only one that think mountainside stilt houses in mudslide/earthquake zones are insane….although if you want the ins and out of where to go to see some of the houses , next time Tania is here I’d be happy to point a few roads out on the map that will give much better views . and the best spots to see landmarks..
..
I just hope that Glenn, enjoyed that and this brightened his day a little…..

I have to admintI got the biggest laugh from one of the insider breaks on tuesday,

when he talking about the hill houses .

the ones on stilts built in earth quake and mud slide zones
