sitting at Savannah tech , waiting for Matt to get done with class killing time .
i’m glad he’s feeling better this morning.
he actully got used to the nettles last night . relised that they really do kill the whole coughing thing for a little while .
it’s kind of fun introducing people to herbal remidies.
mommy would be proud being we have found out that a lot of time , they do help when you supliment . with actual cold card .
oh and for the not as bad strain of flu that we have on the easst coast the advil , flu tables in the purple box really seem to be working well.
and if you can handle it . menthol rubbs . like icy hot or vicks vapor rubb on the chest .
it seems to of takin care of a lot of this nasty cold
althoth i feel really bad for the people on the west coast . and Kayna. they seem to of gotten a worse strain .
