got the full dose of interdenominational bickering , was taught church history . and when to ask questions of my priest.. in stead of a faith based talk I walked into an exorcism.. denounced the church after that. Never felt it suited me something always felt missing..

 

 

began to fully explore my own path. Decided to just take a step back their and search what felt right.

 

Research Judaism lived with a Jewish family for 3 years .

Researched my Celtic heritage.

Looked at Wicca was to fluffy bunny.

Looked at Hinduism,Buddhism , Confucius philosophy. Closer but not quite.

Looked at native American practices was more comfortable their.

 

Found Celtic Reconstruction and the Druid path.

That one was the right one and now everything fell together.

I’m a devotee of Brigid, in the Dannu path of the Druids.

 

eleven principles or codes of conduct for the contemporary Druid:

1. Every action has a consequence that must be observed and you must be prepared to compensate for your actions if required.
2. All life is sacred and all are responsible for seeing that this standard is upheld.
3. You do still live in society and are bound by its rules.
4. Work with high standards.
5. Make an honest living.
6. Be a good host as well as a good guest.
7. Take care of yourself.
8. Serve your community.
9. Maintain a healthy balance of the spiritual and mundane.
10. Uphold the Truth, starting with yourself.
11. Be sure in your convictions, particularly when judging or accusing someone, but also when debating. Ask yourself: are you really sure? Do you really know that this the case?

 

What part of the Christian faith did you not agree with?

 

The condemning part. And the lack of self responsibility taken by many followers . even a non-christian who is living a good life is still going to your perceived heaven.

they do not map out specific events . It’s really easy to say something was predicted after it happened .

The fact is all the stars do is lay out point when events will happen that are small or big not if they will be good or bad .

Only that something will happen that will effect a lot of people on thins day

and you do not know what that ids until after it occurs .

How is it the bible said that it stretched out the universe. Then to find out one of Einsteins theories prove the fact that if it was stretched out that time would of too and that if we was to look out into that space it would appear to be 1 far away and 2 long ago, but in fact would of happened in a short period of time. Just as God in the Bible said he did. (FYI, an explosion would not do this because of it’s nature. It blows and then slows, if that took place we would not have a universe as it is now. ) NASA just proved this by a study on explosions in which looked at how things would/could explode. Just happens it also proves the idea of a big bang DEAD WRONG.

We do have a God, Jesus Christ. Most of the time people turn from the bible just because they want to live life as they see fit. They just don’t like having rules.
