this morning(6-5-09) Matt decided to move the bike to storage.
it started pouring rain about a half mile down the road so we called for a tow..

988.00 ran a stop sign in 2007….never notified or had noticed forward (this may be the courts fault for misspelling both first and last names and sending itto the wrong apartment # )

10.00 court fee for run stop light ticket we didn’t know we had .

55$ DMV fee

flagged by state of GA, for a ticket from 2006.. that was never forwarded ..in 3 years or flagged in 2007 when we changed licenses…

so we owe. GA $320 + 33$ renewal fee for GA license be fore they will release the hold so we can get the CA license so we can move back to GA ….

mean wile . my car is in impound at 33$ a day + the 170? towfee

so were up to 300.00 impound fee.
and i have no idea if we need to pay the detective too.

it gets better..
i can’t pay the GA fine online or over the phone

they only accept money order.
and payments made in person or by mail.

and by mail is when they get to processing it and mailing you the paperwork..up to 4 weeks

the detective will not release the car until mats license is reinstated

only way to get this done today is to have a friend in ATL pay the fine
and fax the paperwork to DMV pay dmv 33$ and have the realize the hold on the GA license pay CAdmv 22$
to reinstate the license THEN go to the detective to resale the car …if he won’t realise it to me ..

ARGHH

$1788.00 so far and going up everyday we get held up

update Rebbecca my friend from atlanta came to our rescue. she is going to run money we sent her to the courthouse tomorrow one set closer to leaving CA. although because of this Matt may not get to go to the Glenn Beck San Diego show next Wednesday and if not i have an extra ticket :/
