nasty bruse .. pic probly missing

i thought i’d show you all my nasty bruse..

I gave blod last tuesday. and i think she poked it through the vein , and a day latter i guss i agfrivaated uit . and now i haev a huge bruse on my arms around the area..
I guess i need to go to get it checked out as it’s been more then a few days ..Sad
anyone know any thing about bruses . it’s still a little tender and i get a little dzzy but I think it’s more becuse i don’t like thinking about it.
