I am A partner in a Visual effects boutique, Artist, and Linux System Administrator . I am originally from NY. I Graduated SCAD with a BFA in Visual Effects 2006. I then went to VFS in Vancouver to study Houdini.
I volunteer my time with animal rescue. I have three rescued miniature schnauzers , Zoe , Fritz , Austen ,a Cat Stormy and a wonderful husband.

I’m moderate leaning libertarian( slightly Right), I think both sides are screwed up. I’m uneasy beyond all uneasy about this election, because the democrats current platform is borderline socialist and as a geek and wife of a hacker, i really don’t like my personal freedoms trampled on. so Obama scares the bat crap out of me….
. all the candidates i felt comfortable vetoing for were out, in February 2008, so currently I feel totally defeated and unrepresented so the political stuff tends to be angst riddled usually because I’m trying not to bang my head against the wall while posting them . ..
personal view:
I support Drilling for oil anywhere to become energy independent , buy the way the return barrels will start rolling in in about 8 to 12 months not 8 to 10 years , production with reach peek efficiency in 5 -8 years but in the mean time oil will still be coming out of the ground and any little bit helps right now. at the same time I encourage the US to push HARD with any tax break or incentive to get new tech on the market..( besides i want new toys and i saw what ya’ll did this weekend .. there is NO shortage of talent and that was EXTREMELY refreshing,, )
I support Gay marriage, but I don’t feel that “sex” should be paraded in “public”.. otherwise what you do in Private is your business ,not mine. most people have a good understanding of public discretion…basically I’m just saying ass-less chaps in Disneyland probably aren’t a good fashion choice..
I support fewer gun laws and I support the second amendment as it was written, it is there to protect the states and the citizens from intruders, and the federal government getting to strong.
I support the constitution as it is written , which means that the INDIVIDUALS as a group, and the STATES, have final say over the federal government. whose only job is to arbitrate between states disputes and protect out boards which there not doing a very good job at right now.
I support legalising Cannabis as a medical herb. I think it should be up to the states and there citizens to educate and set the laws for it’s usage.
